Request Authorization
Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
